About Marcia Morgan Lazaro
A licensed real estate professional since 2012 and involved with owning and managing real estate for over 20 years, I bring extensive experience in marketing and customer service to residential real estate sales. I love being in a business that allows me to celebrate all the great aspects of the Ukiah Valley and Inland Mendocino, the place my family and I call home.
I grew up in marketing, public relations and business management, exposed to the best graphic designers, product designers and marketing minds in New York and San Francisco and went on to start my own marketing, event and p.r. consultancy based in San Francisco. That experience truly colors my eyes on how a property should be marketed, regardless of its listing price or location, but more importantly on the level of service and professionalism that should be provided to clients.
I am perennially curious, and an avid reader, which helps me stay current on California real estate law, technology and tools to make my job as a Realtor more effective, and your job as a Seller or Buyer more worry-free and enjoyable. After all, selling or buying a property is a milestone for anyone, and while I don’t have all the answers, I am a master problem solver and will work diligently to help you get to the answer, “Yes.”
